This year, we have turned our focus from research to action. Building on our interview results from 2019-2020, we are developing an online platform to support the quality of research life at the University of Tokyo, with an emphasis on promoting diversity. To achieve this, we are working with the Academic Promotion Office of the School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo Office for Gender Equality, and the Global Leader Program for Social Design and Management.

We have been interviewed about our project by the "Post-Corona Education and Research Initiatives" program of the School of Engineering. To find out more about our work, please read the interview.
